Education changes. Good tutoring also should not remain static, and that is the vision behind Emmanuel Learning Services.

As our students grow, our programs, teaching resources, and learning systems must grow with them. Our roadmap sets out some of the major developments we are working toward over the next 2 years.

These plans are designed around one goal: to give students a more structured, consistent, and complete learning experience while giving parents greater confidence in the education their children receive.

2027: Building the academic foundations

Our focus in 2027 will be on strengthening the academic foundation of Emmanuel Learning Services. We will be developing structured learning programs that work as a learning program for all our students. This helps us provide a more consistent learning experience for all our learners. Here is how it will work:

1. Grade-Level Learning Programs

We plan to develop structured Mathematics and English learning programs for Grades 2–9. Each program will be designed around the knowledge and skills students need to develop at that stage, with a clear progression from one level to the next.

These programs will provide students with:

• A clear learning pathway

• Systematic coverage of important skills

• Structured progression as students advance through the grades

As with all our learning programs, our aim is to build complete learning programs that guide a student's development over an extended period.

2. Subject-Specific Programs

We will also develop one-year and two-year subject-specific learning programs.
These programs will focus on developing specific fundamental skills within a structured pathway. The objective is to give students a reliable foundation that they can continue building on as they progress towards competence.
Many students struggle because their understanding of certain underlying concepts is incomplete, and these programs will allow students to study these topics progressively and in greater depth, developing both understanding and practical competence.

What This Means for Our Students

The purpose of these developments is not simply to create more educational materials. It is to create better learning pathways.

Our 2027 development work will therefore focus on making learning at Emmanuel Learning Services increasingly structured, measurable, and purposeful.

2028: Expanding Beyond Live Tutoring

In 2028, our focus will begin to move beyond one-to-one live tutoring.

The systems and learning programs developed during 2027 will provide the foundation for a broader range of educational resources.

1. Developing as an Educational Company

Our long-term goal is for Emmanuel Learning Services to evolve from a tutoring service to a broader educational company.
This means building educational products and resources that can support students in different ways, including resources that students can use outside their regular live lessons.

Therefore, beginning in 2028, we plan to begin developing ELS workbooks based on the learning systems and programs we have developed.

These resources will be designed to give students additional opportunities to practise, consolidate, and apply what they learn. The long-term goal is to create resources that complement our live teaching rather than simply reproduce it.

We also plan to begin developing ELS video courses. These courses will allow students to access structured learning content beyond their scheduled live lessons and will form part of our broader educational resource library.

Over time, this will give our team the ability to support learning through multiple formats rather than relying entirely on live instruction.

What is our long-term direction?

Our roadmap is a reflection of how we intend to grow. It is now clear that what we want to build is a structured education system around our students. That means that we will continually improve our learning programs, teaching methods, educational resources, and the overall learning experience we provide to families.

Some parts of this roadmap may develop faster than others, and our plans may evolve as we learn more about what our students need.

What will remain constant is our commitment to continuous improvement.

Our goal? To keep giving students better ways to learn and parents greater confidence in the education we provide.
